We Are Here For You

Like you, we've been watching the development of the coronavirus (COVID-19). As we follow this news together, we wanted to share updates on measures we are taking to ensure your safety and service.

Branch Lobbies Closing

As COVID-19 concerns continue to grow, Bank of Akron has closed our lobbies at all branch locations until further notice. The drive-up lanes at each office will remain open.

For your protection and ours, we may have to temporarily change our operating hours or close certain branches. Please check our locations and hours before you visit any of our drive-thru locations.

Loan officers and Universal Bankers are available by phone or will meet with customers on an "as-needed" basis for account services and loan appointments. We will establish one office at each location to use for meetings to limit the potential spread of COVID-19 to our associates and customers.

SBA Small Business Relief Programs
