FACTS What does Bank of Akron do with your personal information?

Affiliates Companies related by common ownership and control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
• Our affiliates include companies with common ownership, Akron Safe Deposit Co.
Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership and control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
• Bank of Akron does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint Marekting A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
• Bank of Akron doesn’t jointly market.
