Head and Lead Teller positions at the Bank of Akron

Responsible for directly managing the Teller Unit in order to provide efficient and accurate Teller services and to control Branch vault cash; collaborating with the Branch Manager in establishing specific goals for the unit; determining work procedures and expediting work flow; insuring unit compliance with all operating policies and procedures; directly supervising assigned personnel; communicating with appropriate personnel; providing periodic reports.

Minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing a teller unit.


Full Time Teller positions at various branch offices

Experienced Teller positions with 2+ years of experience in a banking environment, providing efficient and accurate teller services. Supporting the Teller Unit with specific goals in regard to work flow and procedures. Actively involved in recognizing and maintaining awareness of new business opportunities and actively refer customers to appropriate internal service personnel.

Part Time Teller positions at the Bank of Akron


We are in need of Part Time Bank Tellers, we are looking for candidates with flexibility in their schedule. Hours and days per week may vary dependent on the staffing needs of the bank. Hours may be as little as 3 to 4 hours per day to as many as 38.5 hours to cover for vacations.

We’re willing to work with your flexibility.

The successful candidates will be required to have 2+ years of experience handling cash, preferably in a banking environment and MUST possess strong Customer Service Skills.
