ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR:

The successful candidate will support the Chief Financial Officer in the management and control of the Bank's fiscal operating results, utilizing generally acceptable accounting principles (GAAP), to ensure compliance with the financial procedures of the Bank.

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for insuring the general ledger is maintained accurately, preparing financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, reports to the board of directors, shareholders and government agencies under the direction of the CFO.

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the work flow within the department, and managing the accounting department personnel. The Accounting Supervisor prepares annual projections and departmental budgets based on input from the Executive Management Team, reviews departmental expenditures to ensure compliance with budgets.

This positon collaborates and serves as a consultant for managers within the Bank, advising managers of current budgetary information and working with managers to create a fiscal strategy that aligns with the goals of the Bank.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor of Accounting degree and 3 to 5 years of related accounting experience  

  • Or equivalent of 5 to 7 years of accounting/banking experience  

LEAD TELLER - LANCASTER BRANCH:

Responsible for supporting the Head Teller in leading the Teller Unit in order to provide efficient and accurate Teller services and to control Branch vault cash; collaborating with the Branch Manager in establishing specific goals for the unit; determining work procedures and expediting work flow; insuring unit compliance with all operating policies and procedures; directly leading, training and developing the teller unit personnel.

Minimum of 2 years of experience directly leading a teller unit.

 

FULL TIME TELLER - VARIOUS LOCATIONS:

Experienced Teller positions with 2+ years of experience in a banking environment, providing efficient and accurate teller services. Supporting the Teller Unit with specific goals in regard to work flow and procedures. Actively involved in recognizing and maintaining awareness of new business opportunities and actively refer customers to appropriate internal service personnel.
