The Help Desk Technician is responsible for assisting employees who are experiencing any procedural or operating difficulty with the use of IT applications, products or services. Complex and/or high priority problems are elevated to the Systems Administrator when needed, and the Help Desk technician is responsible to ensure that an effective solution is provided to the user. Serves as backup to Systems Administrator.

2+ years of related technical support and IT infrastructure experience required, supporting users of all skill levels.

Information technology or related degree preferred; IT experience preferred; specialized computer certification(s) and training.


The Custodian position, under limited supervision, performs work of routine and difficulty maintenance; performs related work as assigned in all offices and branch locations.

Minimum of two years professional office cleaning experience required. Hourly wage based on years of experience. Professional references and background screening required.
