We are in need of a goal-oriented Branch Manager. The successful candidate will be driven to make outside sales and customer service calls on present and prospective customers within the office’s market area, and will be held accountable for directing the sales performance of branch staff. This candidate will be responsible to ensure the office is compliant with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements.
We are actively looking for a Banking Professional with either a BS or BA degree in the finance field OR a High School Diploma/Equivalent with four (4) years commensurate banking experience in a similar position. Demonstrated management and supervisory skills sufficient to manage a staff; and a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank products and services is required, along with excellent interpersonal, sales, written communication, and mathematics skills.
FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME BANK TELLERS:
We are looking for applicants who offer dynamic customer service skills, two years of cash handling experience, and excellent time management skills.
