BRANCH MANAGER II:
Responsible for managing the Branch Office in order to meet the financial services needs of customers in the assigned community market area; implementing strategies to achieve goals developed for the branch office as part of the Retail Banking Teams sales strategy, annual operating plan; insuring the office's compliance with operating policies and procedures and outside regulatory requirements; organizing the work, activities, and human resources of the department; directly supervising assigned personnel; communicating with appropriate management and staff personnel; providing periodic reports; performing all of the duties of a Customer Service Representative II.
Manages the Branch Office in order to meet the financial services needs of customers in the assigned community market area as follows:
Works with management in establishing growth, sales, and profit objectives for the office; provides input to these objectives and to the manner in which performance will be measured and controlled.
Insures that the branch office is properly staffed and that the staff is trained to meet customer service needs as well as sales objectives.
Makes certain that all office operations are performed in accordance with established bank policies and procedures, either directly or through appropriate supervisor, e.g., office balancing, control of vault cash, etc.
Provides for the proper security, maintenance, and cleanliness of the office; supervises the opening and closing of the building and vault; makes necessary provisions for the securing and accounting of negotiable papers.
Preferred Experience and Education:
Bachelorís Degree and a minimum of five years managing a bank branch office.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
This is a critical role in our retail bank branches. The successful candidate must have a minimum of three years previous banking experience, must demonstrate a singular customer service outlook and be sales focused.
Responsibilities include performing a variety of duties to support the consumer services function of a branch office including:
Documentation and point-of-sale processing on all types of new accounts, e.g., loans, deposits, etc.
Demonstrating knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control.
Providing support to office customer service personnel engaged in establishing quantitative customer service and sales objectives on an annual basis as warranted, to be integrated with the office's annual marketing/sales plan.
Providing assistance to office customer service personnel involved in soliciting new business from present and prospective customers and maintaining ongoing business relationships with present customers in order to take advantage additional cross-selling opportunities.
We are looking for applicants who offer dynamic customer service skills, two years of cash handling experience, and excellent time management skills. Flexible work schedule and needs to be available for some Saturday hours.
