BUSINESS ANALYST:

Basic Function:

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Manages technology projects, document requirements, defines scope of objectives, ensures continuity of service, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.

Essential Position Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between IT and functional departments; completes business cases in support of projects; participates in or facilitates business process modeling and research efforts, acting as a consultant
  • Identifies opportunities for improving business processes through information systems; assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes
  • Leads the development of project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, project team, project budget, and timeline to completion
  • Researches and prepares statistical reporting, by consolidating information into comprehensive documentation to assist in the process of decision making

HEAD TELLER - CLARENCE LOCATION:

Basic Function:

Responsible for directly managing the Teller Unit in order to provide efficient and accurate Teller services and to control Branch vault cash; participating with the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager in establishing specific goals for the unit; determining work procedures and expediting work flow; insuring unit compliance with all operating policies and procedures; directly supervising assigned personnel; communicating with appropriate personnel; providing periodic reports.

Experience Required:

Minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing a Teller Unit.

BRANCH MANAGER II:

Basic Function:

Responsible for managing the Branch Office in order to meet the financial services need of customers in the assigned community market area; implementing strategies to achieve goals developed as part of the Retail Banking team. Insuring the branch office is in compliance with operating policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements; organizing work, staffing and directly supervising assigned personnel.

Experience Required:

Minimum of 4 years of experience managing a bank branch office.
